HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
The Factory takes about 3 weeks for packing and shipping out, the transit is estimated to take 3-4 weeks to reach Indian and GCC ports. The delivery would be made to the customers within the same week after clearing.
ARE ALL MATERIALS AVAILABLE FOR ORDER?
Unfortunately not all material can be custom cleared in India and GCC. A list of all materials available for order will be provided upon your request to help aid the ordering process.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
All goods once sold would not be taken back. Only if the goods are damaged upon receiving the ideal measures will be taken to replace or reimburse it.
WHAT IS THE MODE OF PAYMENT?
Payments have to be made in full via bank transfer along with the Purchase Order.
